Attention Seniors: The 2015 Scholarship information has been mailed home. In addition, you may also access the brochure and applications online in several different places including the Fox Lane High School welcome page, The Guidance webpage and the student information link. This includes the Tingley application. All applications are due by 2:30pm on Friday, February 13th.
Seniors, Balfour the graduation company will be in the cafeteria next week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during lunch periods to measure you for cap & gowns. The cost is $20. All students that plan to participate in the graduation ceremony MUST wear a cap & gown.
For those students interested in purchasing Fox Lane Class Rings, the packets of information are located in the guidance reception area and the front office. Balfour will be in the cafeteria next week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during lunch periods to showcase the rings and take orders.
The next NAHS meeting will be this Monday, February 2nd at 2:30 in F119. This will be the last day to hand in the $10 dues.
For students interested in exploring the opportunities available at The Tech Center at Yorktown, there will be a tour of the facilities on Thursday; February 26th. Permission slips are available in the Guidance Office. Permission slips must be returned to Guidance by Friday, February 13th.
Seniors, when you hear from back from a college regarding your application please be sure to let the guidance department know the result.
Community Service: Bedford 2020 Environmental Summit Student volunteers are needed! They are recruiting immediately Today, January 30, 4-6 pm and 6-8 pm to set upTomorrow, Jan. 31, various tasks including greeters, unloading cars, registration, etc. from 6:30am-4:30pm. (4:30pm-End, break down and clean up.) If you'd like to sign up, email Mrs. Piquero at email@example.com. The Russell Preserve in Pound Ridge needs volunteers to help cut invasive Vines on Saturday, Feb. 7 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. For info and to sign up, contact invasivesPR@bedfordaudubon.com.
